Refund policy

We want all of our customers to be 100% happy!!  If for some reason you are not satisfied please reach out to us at BourbonandBamboo.com and tell us how we can make it right!

All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#) and any return that arrives without one will be rejected.

Full refund less shipping will be issued to original form of payment when unused item is returned in original packaging with tags attached.
